1-Senior Fabrication Accountant – QFAB
Job Requisition No.: 21869 | Category: Shipyard

Reporting To: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Track and analyze fabrication project costs (materials, labor, overhead) and monitor variances.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and Cost to Company (CTC) analysis.
  • Maintain project accounting records and inventory reconciliation.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
  • Adhere to SHEQ policies and participate in developing finance procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting; IFRS certification is a plus.
  • 8–12 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas or fabrication accounting.
  • Experience with EPCI projects, budgeting, costing, and fabrication accounting.

2-Purchasing Assistant – Shore-Based

Reports To: Senior Marine Purchasing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process day-to-day purchase requisitions from vessels, business partners, and JVs following company policies.
  • Generate RFQs, analyze quotations, and raise Purchase Orders upon approval.
  • Monitor procurement lifecycle, including GRNs, invoices, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of goods/services, including lube oil for vessels.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Support senior officers in supplier evaluation, logistics coordination, and procurement reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with international maritime rules, QHSE policies, and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain preferred; international certification is a plus.
  • 2+ years in a purchasing/procurement role; maritime or Oil & Gas experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of marine environment, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

3-Senior Marine Purchasing Officer – Shore-Based

Job Summary:
Lead the marine purchasing team and manage end-to-end sourcing and contracting for LPG/LNG vessels. Ensure timely availability of spares, optimize operational expenditure, and maintain effective communication with vendors, fleet, and port agents. Provide expert guidance on procurement processes and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process purchase requisitions, ensuring timely fulfillment and cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate quotations, issue purchase orders, and manage vendor selection based on cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Coordinate consolidated shipments, supply agreements, and logistics to vessels.
  • Oversee documentation, SAP entries, and maintain audit trails.
  • Liaise with vendors, monitor performance, and manage claims or disputes.
  • Assist in developing procurement policies, optimization strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, international maritime regulations, and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • CIPS or ISM certification preferred.
  • 4–8 years’ procurement experience, with at least 3 years in the marine/shipping industry and 2 years managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, materials management, SAP, and e-procurement.

4-Offshore Fabrication Project Manager – Shipyard

Job Summary:
Manage single or multiple EPC offshore fabrication projects including Jackets with Piles, Topsides, and Subsea Structures. Oversee all project phases from pre-bid to closeout, ensuring compliance with client requirements, HSE standards, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor offshore fabrication projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead project teams across functional departments, maintaining effective communication and motivation.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize internal and external project meetings and prepare construction reports.
  • Ensure all project/contract deliverables and documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Promote HSE awareness, quality standards, and employee wellbeing.
  • Conduct project closeout reviews, documenting lessons learned and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in offshore fabrication project management.
  • Strong HSE commitment, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience working with multinational and multicultural teams.

Job Summary:
Plan and monitor fabrication activities in line with project requirements, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and timely delivery of shop components. Provide clear schedule updates, productivity analysis, and support overall yard planning functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan prefab and shop components based on project requirements.
  • Monitor workstation-wise progress and productivity; gather actual manhours.
  • Maintain integrated fabrication plans and ensure workload aligns with shop capacity.
  • Communicate schedule sensitivities, critical paths, and potential delays to stakeholders.
  • Develop productivity monitoring tools and KPIs for shop components.
  • Issue weekly/monthly shop planning reports (PSR, 12-week look-ahead, manpower forecasts).
  • Coordinate with project planners, PMT, shop engineers, and supervisors on schedule performance.
  • Support the Planning Lead and Yard Project Planner as needed.
  • Participate in layout and planning meetings to forecast delays and highlight critical items.

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong leadership experience in fabrication planning.

B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or Diploma.

6+ years of relevant fabrication planning experience, onshore/offshore.

Proven proficiency in Primavera and Excel for planning.
