Kuwait Airways is actively recruiting for the Ground Handling Agreements section within the Ground Handling Department. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining ground handling agreements, monitoring invoices, and assisting with reporting and data management to ensure smooth operations and compliance with contracted services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and updating Kuwait Airways’ ground handling agreements in accordance with company procedures and supervisor directives.
• Review invoices submitted by outstations, internal sections, and other carriers, ensuring charges align with agreements. Report discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor for investigation and resolution.
• Prepare cost analyses, statistical reports, and tabulated information required for ground handling agreements at Kuwait and outstations.
• Maintain and update records of Kuwait Airways’ outstation handling agents, contracted services, and any changes, following established systems and procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation, correspondence, and filing systems for efficient departmental operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ground handling agreements or aviation administration.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
